  9. WORK PLANING LEEDS IBD PATIENT PANEL AREAS OF ATTENTION BY THE PANEL 2008_10 The Panel has been active for two years. This note lists the areas where the Panel has focused its attention The publication of the IBD Standards has set a framework for future attention

WORK PLANING Outpatients • Questionnaire re patient experience to prioritise areas for attention • A single standard of service across all sites in Leeds • Standard of accommodation at the LGI in particular • Access to Flare Up Clinic (problem with booking service) • Delays in follow ups – use of telephone/email clinics to resolve • Patient information • Renaming of Colitis Clinic to Crohn’s and Colitis Clinic • Review of patient experience – suggestion box
