With our shopping we go to cook a lunch of four courses: starter, first course, main course and dessert and then we will taste all together. Second day: pick up in your hotel and we start the day choosing the ingredients for the lunch from the local market. With our shopping we go to cook a lunch of four courses: starter, first course, main course and dessert and the we will taste all together. All this in the wonderful medieval village frame of Certaldo, town of the Father of the Literature, Boccaccio. Return to the hotel. Third day: pick up in your hotel and departure for San Miniato – Volterra – San Gimignano, typical lunch of four courses. Return to the hotel.
