Methodology • Questionnaire : insomnia (ISI), • fatigue, reduction of dailyactivities(MFI), • perceivedhealth (SF36), • burnout (MBI) 255 health care providers : 215 in 12 h shift 40 in 8 h shift

Conclusion and recommendation 12 h shift not prejudiciable Precautions : • 4 days off by week • 2 days successive atwork maximum • Volunteer to work in a 12 h shift
