  15. HOMEWORK • : Students will use their maps of Africa that display the trade routes of the West African kingdoms of Mali, Ghana and Songhai. Students will prepare a short written report that describes “their” journey along the route of their choosing. Their report must describe the journey, including its place of origin and destination, gods taken to trade and goods received in return, method of travel and what the landscape and climate donditions are like along the way.
