  2. Donor selects “Add New Contribution” 3

  3. USMC and Federal civilians’ will not see this screen. Key Point Active duty Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel enter # 0105 for SOCAL CFC. Entering an invalid campaign area code will result in an error message

  4. Select donation amount • per pay period for civilian (26 pay periods) • per month for military (12)

  5. Donor can search for charities in multiple ways. Donor can specify the 5-digit Charity Code.

  6. Donor can search for a specific charity by name.

  7. Donor can also search for charities using Administrative Overhead rate and/or by Keyword Donor can limit the search to National and/or International Charities

  8. Donor can select charities or return to search for additional charities Maximum of 30 charities can be selected.

  9. Donor enters the per pay period for civilians or per month donation amount for military

  10. Balance remaining is automatically calculated Donor has the option to continue or add / delete charities

  11. Pledge summary is displayed; undesignated funds are automatically calculated and displayed Key Point Enter the 4-digit CFC ID # for your command/activity that can be found on the look-up tool on the CFC website OR…enter your Command/Unit or Federal Agency/Office name.

  12. Final review and opportunity for donor to confirm intent

  13. Key Point No forms will be submitted to Coordinator or Keyworker. Donor can view / print PDF pledge form for recordkeeping.
