Vision for our Future • Meaningful & valued disciplinary approach to the care of urology patients. • Encourage nurses to become autonomous - make educated & academic decisions & input into care pathways fully supported by medical colleagues. • Now we talk of healing life, healing the environment & healing the planet. • There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, & no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow. • Bound by paperwork, short on hands, sleep, & energy…nurses are rarely short on caring.
