  2. What is WebFTS? • Web based tool to transfer files between grid endpoints • Multi-protocol support • srm, gsiftp, http(s) and xrootd • Built on top of FTS3 • Development funded by EUDAT WebFTS

  3. Why WebFTS? • Powerful service to manage transfers already in production (FTS3), but mainly for frameworks • other apps built on top of it • Creation of a user oriented interface • Enabling grid transfer capabilities to users in other domains and different backgrounds • More intuitive than a command line tool WebFTS
