4. Site Overview • 167 Acre Site with feasibility for expansion • On Interstate 70 exit 49 centrally located for region which includes New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania • 4 Hour Drive from Washington DC on Interstate and Turnpike

5. Present Capabilities Pistol / Shotgun Range Classrooms 2 Burn Buildings Tanker Rail Car Area for Confined Space Training Room for Drills and Exercises 2 Ponds utilized for training
