LSF farm and OFFLINE@Lecce (I) • Nodes : • SL5.4 (64 bits) • Worker Nodes/LSF as batch manager: • from lx22.le.infn.it to lx26.le.infn.it (5x 8 Core) • lx43.le.infn.it and lx44.le.infn.it (2x 16 Core) • a total of 72 Cores • + auger-le.le.infn.it sl 53– virtual node(support-test- builder) • For Batch jobs logs on gridui.le.infn.it • Possible commands: • lshost/bsub/busers…. • For now only a default queue is present.

LSF farm and OFFLINE@Lecce (II) • Auger Offline configuration (AsterixObelix): • for bash Shell: • In your .bashrc: • export PATH=/nfs/argo/nexus06/gabriella/AugerOffline64Test/ape-0.99/:${PATH} • export APERC=/nfs/argo/nexus06/gabriella/AugerOffline64Test/ape-0.99/ape.rc • for tcsh Shell: • In your .tcshrc: • setenv PATH /nfs/argo/nexu06/gabriella/AugerOffline64Test/ape-0.99/:${PATH} • setenv APERC /nfs/argo/nexus06/gabriella/AugerOffline64Test/ape-0.99/ape.rc • At log, for configuring the environment you need to do a: • eval `ape sh externals` (for setting only the Externals) • eval `ape sh offline` (for offline settings ADST included) • MySQL DB server is local in every worker node (8 or 16 cores). • The DBs are syncronized nightly. • Godot …. Still not working …

GRID @ CNAF • AsterixObelix Auger Software is also at CNAF under: • export PATH=/opt/exp_software/auger/ape-0.99/:${PATH} • export APERC=/opt/exp_software/auger/ape-0.99/ape.rc • Worker Node on demand for Auger GRID – • The Imagine is ready: SL5.3 64 bits 2 GB ram (as auger-le). • Every WNOD has a MySQL server DB running on it (frozen for now). • Tests for submitting jobs can start- VO Auger - batch queue WNOD. • Disc Space for tests /storage/gpfs_01/auger (shared with several VO/ 2 Tera)

  5. Next Steps • @Lecce • Test and definition of Lecce queues • Start of the GRID Lecce • Godot • @CNAF • .Tests of the WNOD batch local • Set up of DB server nightly updated from which a syncro for WN-imagine can be performed.
