  1. ODYSSEY OF THE MIND Challenge Your Mind and Have a Great Time Doing It! We’re looking for kids who like to think “outside of the box”, enjoy teamwork, and parents who want to help! • Parent information night will be Wednesday, September 21stfrom 7-8 in the Tolbert gym • Website to learn more about this program: www.odysseyofthemind.com • Any student in Kindergarten through 5th grade can participate • Time commitment one day/week, possibly 2 as you get closer to the competition • Parents: We need coaches and assistant coaches - it’s not hard and it’s fun, come learn more! • For all Tolbert parents interested in coaching there will be training in October • Deadline for expressing interest - October 1st for kids and coaches • If you are unable to attend the information night, but would like to participate in Odyssey of the Mind- please email the information below to traci.jovanovic@verizon.net by October 1st. The number of children who may participate is dependent upon the number of parents who volunteer as coaches – it really is lots of fun, but requires commitment! Even if you signed up at Back to School Night, please email your contact information again. (Some of the handwritten contact information was indecipherable.)
