New Appendix for Reference Labs • Address list and POCs by Service • What type of samples they handle • Should include reference and non-traditional labs that DOD can use as well
New Appendix for Request Procedures • Comprehensive outline of the procedures to request these capabilities • If I am in PACOM and want to task NEPMU-6; the JTF sends RFF to PACOM, PACOM requests from CPF, who in turn requests from CNO, who then tasks BUMED to support • All outlined with sample references
