  4. Sting Sensation • You will get a strong sensation when you hit the ball in the middle of the bat or if your hands are really cold it vibrate through you when you hit the ball.You can also can get a strong vibration if you hit the ball towards the grip or your hands.

  5. "Best Places to Hit the Ball on the Bat" • If you hit the ball in the middle of the bat or anywhere towards it you will have a good hit as long as you swing at the right time and your aim is good.

  6. "Weak Spots" • Some weak spots on a baseball bat are the tip and towards the grip of the bat. If you are to close to the end of the bat it will fly the opposite way and if you hit towards the grip it will go the opposite way, also if you hit or skid the top of the bat it will fly above or behind you.

  8. Summary • The purpose of this experiment was to see if a wiffle ball bat or a regular metal bat will hit the tennis ball farthest. The relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is they both interact when they hit each other making the tennis ball go flying in the air. I used the same equipment and people batting and pitching with the same type of through (underhand) and the same swing (regular batting swing) The table as listed above gives all my data, but the median of the wiffle ball bat is 30 feet & 2 inches, the median of the metal bat is 60 feet & l inch.The mode for the wiffle ball bat is around 25 feet and the mode for the metal bat is around 53 feet.My hypothesis was supported because the metal bat was better and faster then the wiffle ball bat because it hit the ball faster and stronger then the plastic wiffle ball bat. This is because the metal bat is ment to hit the ball faster and stronger because it has gone through a series of tests (which you can see in one of my links above). The wiffle ball still hit the ball but it was slow and not as strong as the metal bat this is also because this bat is not run through a series of tests.The reasons behind my results are pretty simple as you can see it is because of how the bat is made and tested or simple just on what it is made of.I can prove this to you because by watching videos and reading baseball bats go through many tests. In the real world if people want to play and easy game I would perfuredto use the wiffle ball bat and use a metal bat for more experienced people.
