What was learned • Management commitment is key • Correlation between sustainability and other programs (Lean, TQM, TPM) • Levels of ‘readiness’ to match ‘levels’ of BSC program • Disconnect between KPI metrics and sustainability progress measures • Concerns about CT economic ‘ecosystem’
