  1. Lower Snake River Compensation PlanBudget and Cooperative Agreement Time Line May 2 – LSRCP sends out FY11 budgets to Cooperators to update amounts for FY12. May 31 – Last day for Cooperators to notify LSRCP of any budget modifications which are not “No-Cost” budget modifications. June 3 – Cooperators return FY12 budgets and a draft SOW to LSRCP. June 17 – Last day for LSRCP to send any modifications to the FY11 Agreement for amounts Over $100,000 and under $2 million to our Regional Office for processing. June 17 – LSRCP provides draft budget (Exhibit B) to BPA. June 27 – LSRCP finalizes budgets. July 29 – Last day for LSRCP to send any modifications to the FY11 Agreement for amounts Under $100,000 to the Regional Office for processing. July 29 – Final SOW agreed upon by LSRCP and Cooperators.

  2. Aug 8* - LSRCP send FY12 Agreements to FWS Contracting Office in Portland. Sep 12* - LSRCP sends FY12 Agreements to Agencies. Sep 30 – Fy12 Agreements are due back to LSRCP from Cooperators. Sep 30 – End of FY11 contract period. Oct 1 – New fiscal year begins. Dec 30 – Program performance and financial reports are due for FY11. Final day For LSRCP to process any FY11 invoices.
