Recipe for Success • Sustained Superior Performance At Sea! - There is NO substitute • Competitive FITREPs • Flag FITREPs • Taking the TOUGH jobs (Service Reputation) • Talk to your Detailer (LISTEN!!!) • Bottom Line: - Do your VERY best and be a TEAM PLAYER! - Show that you care! - Invest yourself! - The system works!

  6. Honesty • Develop a reputation for Honesty • Always tell the truth • Always expect the truth • You are always building TRUST • Do not attempt to sugar coat/spin the truth • Do not be afraid to deliver bad news BUT always have an option for the boss…
