  1. Music in the Parks Six Flags Choral Competition Saturday April 12, 2014

  2. Basic Eligibility Requirements • Pass all singing tests • Turn in permission slip and any required documentation by deadline • Attend all six flags choral rehearsals • Show up on time with all materials

  3. Check in… • Meet in the choir room at 4:30 AM • 5:00AM will be the deadline to check in • Students who do not check in BY 5:00 AM will not be permitted to attend (no refund)

  4. Uniform Wear formal uniform when checking in Bring casual choral uniform in duffle bag • Tennis shoes and socks • WP8 2014 Choir Shirt • Blue Jeans • Follow school dress code • Not too tight • No holes • Not too short (length must be longer than fingertips)

  5. Required Rehearsals Monday-Friday from 7:30-8:00 AM (Can show up at 7:20) Friday from 3:00-4:00 PM (Parents are encouraged to attend) Communicate! • If absent, an emergency letter must be given the following day • No transportation will not be considered excused Provide Mrs. M&M with a letter by Wednesday April 2, 2014 for transportation assistance or accommodations if needed.

  6. Basic Agenda • 4:30 AM Check In at Whitesburg • 9:40 AM Performance at Chapel Hill High School • 4:30 PM Awards Ceremony in Six Flags • 11:30 PM (Approx.) Pick up students from WP8 • Students will call parents 30 minutes out to be picked up
