Melanoma / SCC Removal / biopsy of lesion within skin lesion service (e.g. low risk BCC) Patient Choice Patient Presents to GP with skin lesion Vernova / Crescent Skin Lesion Clinic Lesion of uncertain diagnosis Treat and / or discharge Specialist referral e.g. ENT Plastics, Ophthalmology Benign lesion needing removal GP minor surgery or Inter-practice referral Benign lesion not problematic / symptomatic GP to reassure
