Frequently updated so all parties can keep track progress • Incremental, rapid development. Strategic controlling priorities and responsible for pre-deployment testing and documentation • Separation of responsibility with Strategic managing the rollout totally and responsible for all communication with the sites so that issues could be consolidated into something specific to work on • Concept has some direct contact with where specific technical issues required it • We all hate dot matrix printers!
