Advising • Peer mentoring • ASNMU partnered with the HUB to create a three phase advising plan • Have passed proposal on to the AQIP committee on advising
Constitution • Made grammatical changes • Made reference to current active documents • Updated to reflect current practices and rules • Year-long process – approved unanimously by ASNMU Board
Off-Campus Housing • Finished a off-campus housing guide • Will be distributed to all students moving off-campus in the future • Passed a resolution of support for cities rental code • Coordinated several students to speak at City Council meeting regarding rental code
Vote Higher Education Project • Continuation of HELP • Web-site: vote.helphighered.org • Used along with ASNMU Web-poll • Linked with ASNMU election • Encourages students to register in Michigan • Links to HELP
Election and Technology • Fourth year of on-line voting • Created streaming video of presidential forum. • After voting students diverted to Vote Higher Education site. • 2093 students voted • Presidential election decided by only 22 votes.
