  3. What is Transition? • Transition is a daily programme of accredited learning to move recovering and recovered substance users on to further training and employment.

  4. Delivery • City based ‘mini college’ - JEC • Rolling programme based around core employability skills • Timetabled attendance • Student charter • Rewards and incentives • Case Managers
