Introduction • We shall collect data about technical characteristic, • biological characteristics, socio economic • characteristics, management, enforcement. • With respect to the first four we have available data • at FOI. We can, therefore, deliver the description • of the fishery that is necessary. • Regarding enforcement we have a report on • www.fd.dk that deliver part of the data. The rest of • the enforcement data must be collected in • Cooperation with a Danish regulatory authority.

Introduction Regarding modelling implications we, thus, have data for estimating private benefit functions, biomass growth functions, enforcement cost functions, probability of penalty functions and the penalty structure. The following presentation gives a few examples of the data that we collect.
