1. Church Planting • Continuing the mission to plant 3000 churches and win the lost around the world • Increase the number of churches through fellowship / TPI, locally and globally
2. Leadership Development • Raising up more pastors and leaders, and impart the same passion and spirit to young leaders (in their 20's & 30's) around us to help them fulfill their destinies.Leadership Level within local church • Develop every level of Leaderships (L1, L2, and L3) • Develop new pastors (PDM, PDP, and PDT) to support your church growth vision and plan
3. Church Development • Continue grooming our local churches to reach phase 5-7, so they may become strong bases for producing new churches. • Phase 5-7 metrics • How to improve the church? • In term of church attendance? • In term of ministers? • Commitment • Income growth • Expense control • Investment
4. Ministry Development • Becoming a church that impacts all aspects of society, including education, the media, arts & entertainment, business, politics, religion, family, and social life.

Preparing IFGF GISI to become a World-Class Organization • Practicing good governance, developing effective communication and reporting system, having a strong financial accountability system, having proper licensing of our pastors, and having proper legality of our churches worldwide. • Registration with local state and IRS • Proper and aligned bylaws • Financial accountability • Online reporting
