  2. RESPECT Our employees need to respect each other and the equipment they use, because when nobody is getting along nothing is getting accomplished.

  3. Responsibility Any task that is assigned to an employee should be completed on time.

  4. Hospitality When a customer comes to our company we should all welcome them with open arms.

  5. Team Work This company is ONE big team, and working well together is the key to a successful business.

  6. Honesty The business needs to trust its employees so one can’t take advantage of his or her position may that be stealing, or getting an extra 30% just because they work there.

  7. Summary These 5 characteristics and code of ethics is what our business thrives on. Our business looks at these as a way to view the company. If all of our employees follow this code of ethics, consumers will see us as a good company with a great reputation.
