  4. PTAC Draft Charter The PennREN Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC) is charged by the KINBER board to create a resource for technical feedback and input to the network architecture, service roadmap, and operations/support model for PennREN. Activities include technical consulting to PennREN technical staff, organized technical experimentation on potential equipment and service alternatives for PennREN, coordinated peer sharing and technology outreach to PennREN members and customers, and collaborative opportunities for advanced research opportunities utilizing PennREN advanced capabilities.
