  2. ARBEX VISION & MISSION • Will serve as the foundation of the association of rural bank examiners (ARBEX) • Should embody the ideals and commitment of its members and the reason for its creation - Based on the objectives the association was formed for. (Article III, Articles of Association)

  3. Should be aligned to the vision and mission of the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP), because we are an integral part of the BSP organization

  4. BSP Vision Statement The BSP, imbued with the values of integrity, excellence and patriotism, aims to be a world-class monetary authority and a catalyst for a globally competitive economy and financial system that delivers a high quality of life for all Filipinos.

  5. BSP Mission Statement BSP is committed to promote and maintain price stability and provide proactive leadership in bringing about a strong financial system conducive to a balanced and sustainable growth of the economy. Towards this end, it shall conduct sound monetary policy and effective supervision over financial institutions under its jurisdiction.

  6. ARBEX ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES • PROMOTE CAMARADERIE, GOODWILL AND UNDERSTANDING AMONG RURAL BANK EXAMINERS AND WITHIN THE SUPERVISION AND EXAMINATION SECTOR • ENHANCE THE WELL-BEING AND DIGNITY OF THE MEMBERS AND IMPROVE THEIR PROFESSIONAL STATUS • SPEARHEAD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THE VALUES, STANDARD AND LEVEL OF COMPETENCE OF THE MEMBERS

  7. BSP VISION • THE BSP, IMBUED WITH THE VALUES OF INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE AND PATRIOTISM, AIMS TO BE A WORLD-CLASS MONETARY AUTHORITY AND A CATALYST FOR A GLOBALLY COMPETITIVE ECONOMY AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM THAT DELIVERS A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL FILIPINOS.

BSP MISSION • BSP IS COMMITTED TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN PRICE STABILITY AND PROVIDE PRO-ACTIVE LEADERSHIP IN BRINGING ABOUT A STRONG FINANCIAL SYSTEM CONDUCIVE TO A BALANCED AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF THE ECONOMY. TOWARDS THIS END, IT SHALL CONDUCT SOUND MONETARY POLICY AND EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION OVER FINANCIAL INSTI-TUTIONS UNDER ITS JURISDICTION.

ARBEX ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES • REPRESENT THE MEMBERS IN DEALINGS WITH THE TOP MANAGEMENT ON MATTERS WHICH ARE OF GENERAL CONCERN TO ALL MEMBERS • ASSIST, COOPERATE AND COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS OF THE bsp ON PROGRAMS AND/OR UNDERTAKING THAT WOULD REDOUND TO THE BENEFIT AND WELFARE OF THE MEMBERS IN PARTICULAR AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE bsp IN GENERAL • UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES DIRECTED TOWARDS THE ACTIVE SUPPORT OF GOOD GOVERNMENT AND ITS PROGRAMS FOR NATION-BUILDING

  10. EXPECTED OUTPUT • List of alleged undesirable behavior/perceived anomalies of Examiners • Suggestions on how to correct the negative feedback
