  4. Overview: What are eAudiobooks? • eAudiobooks • Download to a computer or laptop with internet access • Listen to it on a computer, laptop, or MP3 player • Windows 2000, XP, or Higher • Windows Media Player v9, v10, or v11 • Non iPod or Zune MP3 Player • Must be WMA DRM compatible

Overview: eAudiobook Basics • Simultaneous Usage • 21 day checkout period • Can renew for an additional 21 days • 10 title checkout limit • Download titles to a PC or laptop, and transfer title to two other MP3 players. • Radio-quality or CD-quality files • There is no need to check in a title prior to expiration of the 21 day access period. • Cannot burn to CDs • iPod and Zune are not compatibleiPods and Zunes use a proprietary file format that does not support the Digital Rights Management protection required by NetLibrary eAudiobooks at this time.

Portable Devices: Features to look for specific to eAudiobooks • Must be able to play secure or protected WMA files. • Adequate memory (at least 512MB) • Full time display and forward and reverse functionality • Time display must be either HH:MM:SS or MMMM:SS for playing long tracks or files and returning to a designated place in a file. handling longer files. • Must have [On/Off] resume, pause/resume functionality, or true bookmarking. • Must be compatible with Windows Media Player version 9 or higher
