My Restaurant Project • Situation brief: • The problem I’m trying to solve is to show the true cultures of Italy, this is because at the moment the UK is suffering from a huge credit crunch, this means they cant visit Italy during holiday time because there short of money, I believe that its important to have a clean and stylish environment which helps family and friends ages 15-35 enjoy eating there, they'll also enjoy our finniest cuisine, this is because the dinning will be unique and special for every costumer, the area the restaurant is located in is Heston, this is because there isn't a lot of pizza restaurants their, but if there were, they would contain the local look, my restaurant will contain custom designs that fit the fresh standards of Italy. • Design brief: • My restaurant is aimed at people who have problems with healthy eating, the idea of healthy eating can make a huge difference in our society today, I decided to choose this type of audience because I believe that it’s very important to the area its located in, serving obese people of any age eat healthier, and help all ages have a balanced diet, my restraint will have a colour scheme that will attract costumer, my colour scheme will be different colours of red and black, but brighter colours of red to make it eye catching, and costumers can dine inside or outside, the restaurant will have all the necessary requirements, my restaurant will be made from mostly blue foam and foam board, I choose theses materials because they are easy light and strong to work with, their properties are very useful for my projects construction. • Consumer profile: • The average person that will visit my restaurant are rich 20-35 business men or women, who like rich healthy tastes in food, and enjoy indoor entertainment like traditional music of Italy, while mix genders of certain ages enjoying there customized pizzas, the visitors will earn £55000.00 every year, working for high class company's, like Apple, people enjoy there future jobs, they may bring in family's, but mostly designed for two people to dine there. .Needs to look professional .
