  7. Wine Tasting ~ St. Patricks Day Los Pinos Winery sampled different wines & included educational info. Yummy spread of cheeses, olives, pastries, desserts, chocolates for pairing. Gave a prize for best St. Pattys day costume.

  8. Easter Event*Around 200 people *Hundreds of eggs *Bounce house *Grown up egg hunt (bottle of wine, tickets to concerts & sports events)*Chick Fil-A *Homeowners, realtors & friends

Big Kahuna • Had over 250 people • Invited realtors, homeowners, Texas Legends & fans, etc. • 2 story waterslide, hula lessons for the kids, basketball with the Texas Legends, dunk tank, swimming, fruit kabobs, etc.! • Snow cones donated by Drees Homes • Dunk Tank donated by Highland Homes • Great summer kick-off event!

  13. Liberty by the Lake- July 3rd Partnered with The Colony to provide music, sound & lighting in exchange for promotion for The Tribute and Gilley’s. Also set up a refreshment tent with snacks, drinks, decorated for homeowners…until the storm!

  14. Realtor Events Remax Event • 40 realtors from Remax office for luncheon & builder presentations. Ra-Ra Girls Event • 10 of the TOP agents in Dallas for golf (husbands of agents), dinner for all & cocktails on the roof • Tim Spurgeon from Highland homes sold 2 homes from this event, & had multiple showings as a result. In addition, 1 pre-owned was sold from this group, as well.

Coming Soon… • Large United Way/EbbyHalliday Golf Tournament in September • Realtor Sailing on Lake Lewisville/wine & cheese (finding a date in August) • National Night Out ~Firefighters, police, games, bounce houses, etc. (August 14th) • 2x a month pool parties • Concert in August (King Bucks playing make up show b/c of rained out Liberty by the Lake)

  18. Also… • Promoting fun events at Hawaiian Falls, The Colony, The Tribute and Frisco. • Enrolled the homeowners in the Coconut Club at Hawaiian Falls-for discounted tickets • Help homeowners to promote their own events (Pampered Chef party, bible studies, etc., jewelry party, etc.)
