Transnational Component A modeltofacilitate co-operation • Make available a flexible ”add-on” to already approved and running projects • Guarantees relevant projects with regional support • Easier for running projects to identify relevant partners • Preferable, but not necessary, with financing from both/all partners • No need to synchronize calls between programmes • The projects use their own networks to find partners • Minimal need for coordination between the MA:s
