Objective The objective is to track Mosaic’s Super Chiller Mountain Beverage sales while monitoring the performance of the associated categories / sub-categories of packaged beverages.
Data Category Definitions • Dispensed Beverages: All Sizes • Cold Dispensed • Frozen Dispensed • Hot Dispensed Coffee, Tea, Cappuccino • Packaged Beverages: All sizes excluding case packs • Water • Flavored or Enhanced Water • Sports Drinks • Energy (excluding energy shots) • Mosaic Data: By Product Size – 16, 20 and 32 ounce servings • Mosaic Pure (water) • Super Fruit (flavored water) • Super Sport (sports drink) • Super Charge (energy drink)
The Dashboard • The Dashboard will report the following data as a weekly, monthly and YTD result: • Dispensed Beverages: • Sales Dollars • Item Count • Assumed GP$$ based on a fixed cost • Packaged Beverages • Sales Dollars • Item Count • Assumed GP$$ based on retailer provided cost and retail • Mosaic Beverages: • Sales Dollars • Item Count • Sales by Size • Assumed GP$$ based on a fixed cost
Retailer Responsibilities • Data Feed • Retailer will supply a file export (daily / weekly) of each SKU for the categories / subcategories defined • Line item • SKU • Item Unit Sales • Item Cost • Item Retail • Category assignment to the SKU, preapproved by all stakeholders • Preferred export is CSV • This export will be loaded to our FTP site (DA will provide the credentials) • The file can contain SKU’s not included with the trial. Once we define the SKU’s we will pull only the relevant items. The retailer does not need to scrub the data prior to export.
Retailer Responsibilities • Comparative Date • We will need historical data in order to properly analyze sales trends. This will require an initial data load to cover the same time period we will be tracking (June 2012 through December 2012)
Set-up Details • Log-in Details • Dashboard Advantage requires a log-in to access the site. Provide the following for each individual to access the site: • First and last name • Username: must be 5 characters (typically first initial, last name) • Password: must be 5 characters • Site Details: • Store Number • Address, City, State
Getting Started Checklist • Align Categories to SKU’s • Review related SKU’s, sign-off • Compile 2012 data • Identify the file export type • Test FTP posting • Provide Site information • Provide Username and Password by individual
Security The Dashboard Advantage system runs on servers protected by biometric authentication, key card access and video surveillance. All data is transmitted through 256-bit SSL encryption and username and password authentication is required in order to access all pages and functions of the Dashboard Advantage system. Disaster recovery precautions include scheduled intra-daily backups, redundant utility power connections, uninterruptable power supply failsafe systems, and multiple server co-locations.
