When you get sucked into a black hole you get stretched and ripped apart to little tiny pieces then go into the hole.
Where will you find a black hole? You will find at least one black hole in the middle of each galaxy.
The only way to avoid being sucked in a black hole is to stay out of its event horizon.
Can planets get suck in a black hole? Yes. But, like I said in my previous answer, It needs to be in its event horizon.
Can anything escape a black hole? Yes and No, if a black hole vaporizes it flings material but not in it original form ,as energy and subatomic particles AKA Hawking radiation.
How is a black hole formed? A black hole is formed when a star runs out of nuclear energy and starts to suck itself in then it goes to such density that it suck itself inside itself forming a black hole.
