Core 40 with AHD Requirements • Complete all requirements for Core 40 • Earn 2 additional Core 40 math credits • Earn 6-8 credits Core 40 world language credits • Earn 2 Core 40 fine arts credits • Earn a grade of “C-” or above in courses that count toward the diploma • Have a cumulative GPA of a “B” or above • Earn 47 total credits
Core 40 with AHD Requirements • Complete one of the following: • 2 AP courses and 2 corresponding AP exams • SAT 1750 combined, 530 minimum each math, critical, & writing • ACT 26 composite with writing • Earn six dual high school/college course credits from the Core Transfer Library • Complete combination of 1 AP course and 3 dual high school/college course credits (from the CTL)
Core 40 with Technical Honors Diploma • Combines rigor and relevance; • Prepares students for two year or four college, technical school, or apprenticeship; • Students gain marketable skills and, in many cases, college credit; • Student can earn both the Core 40 with Academic Honors and the Core 40 with Technical Honors Diploma.
Core 40 with THD Requirements:Requirements • Complete all requirements for Core 40, and • Earn grade of “C-” or above in courses that count toward the diploma, and • Have a GPA of “B” or above, and • Complete a career-technical program resulting in 6 or more credits, and • Earn 47 total credits
Core 40 with THD Requirements • Complete TWO of the following – one of which must be A or B: • Industry based Certification • Earn 6 pathwaydual high school/college credits, transcripted & from priority list • Any of the Academic Honors Diploma options • WorkKeys: Level 6 on Reading/Info & Applied Math, Level 5 on Locating Info • Accuplacer: 80 Writing, 90 Reading, 75 Math • Compass: 66 Algebra, 70 Writing, 80 Reading
