Install pressure gauge Connect water pump Eliminate leaks if found Drain water from shell Remove PG & Water pump Raise the pressure at value indicated by Inspection Remove blinds, fix gaskets & tight bolts Fill the shell by water PG Drain Water Pump “Fix Tube Sheet” Heat Exchanger Shell Hydro-test Ground level

Check sealing distributor to shell Install distributor with new gasket Install blinds at inlet-outlet Install Pressure gauge & water pump Fill Water tube side Install cover with gasket Raise the pressure up to the value indicated by Inspection Check sealing distributor to end flange Check sealing cover to Shell Discharge water remove PG & pump Remove blinds at distributor in-out Water Pump PG “Fix tube sheet” Heat Exchanger • Tube Side Hydro-test [Details] Ground level

  10. Ground level “Fix Tube Sheet” Heat Exchanger Handover & Final House Keeping By Maintenance • Close Work permit • Remove tools and equipment • Remove scaffold after unit start-up • Clean and wash the area
