Where did we start from? • Population of Appx 1.5 million • 2 Cancer Centres-Colchester and Southend • Tradition of pre NCRN participation in Research
Established links with Universities • Busy and well recognised Commercial Trial portfolio • Reputation :Breast Units,Plastic Surgery and others
Aim • Access to Trials across 4 Trusts-Equity • Provision of Resources to provide access • Bring together Trusts -shared Portfolio • Open access for large studies-Centralise ‘rare’ ones
