  3. Gene Green Immunization Day in Sheldon August 2, 2008 Sheldon nurses check immunization records. Waiting in line Sheldon Elementary Campus 377 immunizations given Congressman Gene Green visits.

  4. FLU SHOTS • School-based clinic offered flu shots from 1:00-3:30 pm on Tuesdays for several weeks. • HCHD van @ KHS Nov. 3rd • Texas Vaccine Institute administered flu shots/flu mist on several campuses.

  5. HOMEBOUND SERVICES • 1 full time teacher • 1 contracted teacher Provide instructional service to students who are homebound 4+ weeks due to illness or injury and include prs services Service to 27 students 07-08

  6. Dental Program • Mobile Dental Smiles Program Dental services on campus 402 students signed up

  7. Other Health Services • Sheldon School Based Clinic • 10-12 patients daily • 333 vaccines given in October • 82 adult flu shots • School Health Advisory Council • Wellness Center
