What did I learn from this activity? I learned how to appropriately ask for help when I need it at work. I learned to read my emotions by using the Arrow of Emotion. I learned how to use calming techniques when I become frustrated or angry. I learned that when I use polite words and an appropriate tone of voice, I can get help. Anything else?
