Social service and protection 1.1 Social protection 1.2 Education for all 1.3 Healthcare services 1.4 Livelihoods 1.5 International migration 2. Decentralization and provincial local governance 2.1 MDG monitoring and statistical strengthening 3. HIV/AIDS 4. Environment and natural resources management 5. Global partnerships for development • UN Country Team [UNCT] Meetings • held bi-monthly • attended by UNCT, i.e., all agencies with a significant or exclusive focus on Thailand • additional meetings are called around urgent issues as they arise, or to receive guest speakers • chaired by the UNRC • Thailand Heads of Agency Meetings [HOAM] • held once every 3 months • attended by the UNCT for Thailand • with the participation of UNESCAP Executive Secretary or Deputy Executive Secretary • reviews the minutes of the Operations Management Team [OMT] meetings • preceded by Security Management Team [SMT] meeting • chaired by the UNRC or head of hosting agency • Operations Management Team [OMT] • held monthly • to ensure more efficient, harmonised and coordinated administration and human resource management among UN agencies based in Thailand Served by Inter-Agency Support Unit [IASU]
