Wayside Amenities Project, the much-touted project is first of its kind in the Highways sector in India. It is going to be one of the largest Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects pertaining to the national highways’ infrastructure. Through this project, the NHAI is planning to reshape the land abutting national highways. Commuters and Traders, while travelling on national highways, would be greeted with refreshment facilities and markets in the coming days. This project is going to serve twin objectives of modernisation of national highways as well as economic development of locale. The FASTag project is also one of the largest projects that have been executing by the Highway operations division, which is headed by Mr Akhilesh Srivastava. The NHAI has made this project a priority. If this project would be implemented at Pan India level, this Toll collection system would help commuters enjoy seamless travel across India. Both commuters and truckers would be benefitting with this project as it enables them to cut travel cost and time. The experience acquired by these projects is going to help Mr Akhilesh Srivastava in demonstrating his ideas and thoughts. This event is going to pull out some solutions related to roadways infrastructure, which could be implemented across the world and say goodbye to the problems. #AkhileshSrivastava #RAMS #FASTag #HighwayProjectManagement
