  2. AGENDA REVIEW • Optimist International Recognition Program • Resources for Club Leaders • Meet your Lieutenant Governor • Break-out to President-elect and S/T groups • Following lunch, return to the same groups • About 3 PM come together for growth & planning • Adjourn by 5 PM

Introductions • Don Sievers, International President Designate • Peter Smith, PNW District Governor-elect • Gerry Morrison, 2008-2009 District S/T • Annette Smith, Past Governor • Ed Murphy, Leadership Development Team Member • Linda Jackson, Leadership Development Chair • Assorted Committee Chairs

HIGH 5 CLUBS Offered to any Club that fulfills any requirement for Double Distinguished, Triple Distinguished and Grand Slam in addition to building a New Club of 25 or more Members between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009. The award will be presented by the International President at the International Convention. In the even the Club President is not in attendance, the award will be presented at a District Meeting.

  8. Distinguished Lieutenant Governor Attend a minimum of 3 District Executive Meetings between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009 Complete ACPC for all Clubs in a Zone Zone must show a Membership net increase of 5% from October 1 100% Honor Clubs OR 1 new Club Minimum of 3 Zone meetings & submit reports to District S-T

  9. Distinguished & Outstanding Lieutenant Governor Highest percent of growth from October 1, 2008 in Zone and build a minimum of one New Club. All Charter Members are included in the count.
