3. Need for eTraining • Over 30 different modules • High turnover • Inconsistent information • No evaluation components • Need for ubiquitous access • Archiving training documents • Staff unfamiliar with Course Management System

Who will Create eTraining? • Insufficient skills among team members • Summer 2012 - modified a vacant Library Information Associate, Senior position to include 25% responsibility for online training development • Not expected to be a content expert • Strong aptitude for technology and background in pedagogy

9. Established Software - • UA has used this course management system since 2005 • Established User Base • 40,000 unique usernames log in each year. • Established use for Instruction • 7,000+ unique courses,All 19 colleges use it to some capacity, 150+ departments annually.
