Definition of all the management rules (contractual rules, budget forecasts, …) • "Quality" improvement of general accounting (actions 'plan, implementation of a "corpus comptable", control and audit methodology development) • Assistance for managing a project dealing with rolling equipments assets (GIMR) Finance/ Controlling • Strategic HR IS design • Analysis of the organization of computers' engineers in France aeras • Grandes Lignes Unité d’Affaires Eurostar : organization of operational management of staff & trains allocations and management of disrupted clients Human Resources
