  5. INTRODUCTION Is saving easy ? Saving is naturally easy, you don’t actually need any degree or any course to save. So some of you might wonder why its hard to save, its because naturally we are consumers. We will spend all the way and in some cases, it might just bring us to the state of poverty. Many people try finding simple ways to save, but how many of us actually TAKE ACTION to actually make it happen ? So I will list down 3 scenarios that we will face everyday if not once in our life .

  6. SCENARIO 1 PROBLEM: Every time when your pay is in the bank you will spend it. SOLUTION: Pay yourself first! Implement an automatic saving system with the banks which most of them do now. Tell them to take just 5% of your monthly pay and transfer to another account which don’t have any ATM cards and DON’T ever touch it. I promise you it can work no matter how much your pay is and I promise you you wont even feel the difference.

  7. SCENARIO 2 PROBLEM: We spend all of our bonuses every time we got one. SOLUTION: Treat all money the same! I am not saying its wrong to pamper yourself once awhile, instead put the bonuses in stocks that will return you dividend that will give you 5% of more but if you are not comfortable with investing you can put it a savings account that can give you high interest!

SCENARIO 3 PROBLEM: Saving money is like depriving yourself SOLUTION: Think of something concrete that your saving can buy What I mean by that is visualize that you invest your savings in stocks that pays a high dividend, and in return you receive a check stating thousands of dollar from the stocks you invested in rather than you spend all of it on stuff that you don’t really need .

  9. CONCLUSION I have just name some of the common scenarios that we face most of the time . Remember that how much you save and what kind of lifestyle you want to live ultimately depends on you! Not Me! So take necessary actions to improve your financial well being.
