Smartphones have gave people the power to research anything they want to buy at any location or any time. For businesses this means if you don't inform your potential customers about your product or service than someone other company will. In this mobile age we live in businesses’ must over explain details about their product or service to their possible customers to successfully continue their e-commerce.

  5. Children Love Smartphones Some children are more confortable with a smartphone than they are speaking English I know that was the case with my cousin Lucas who is now 4, but by the age of 2 he was fully operating his Mom’s iPhone. He would swipe the phone to unlock it and access all of his games he wanted to play. The Apple App Store has even added a kids category that is targeted at children 11 and under It will make it easier for children’s app creators to market their app to their target market

  6. Video is No Longer Optional Mobile businesses must be able to explain and inform their potential customers with video. With LTE and Wi-Fi enabled devices it has made it stress-free to use video as a primary business communication tool. Video is easier than ever to create and consume by their possible clients.

  7. Location, Location, Location All smartphones have GPS technology that allows consumers to find products and services closest to their current location. This technology allows businesses to trace where potential buyers are based on their location and push them ads to their smartphones. Smartphone GPS technology also allows businesses to direct possible customers to their nearest retail store from their current location
