Senior Entrepreneurs Three partners contributed to iterative approach: • PRIME(UK partner) contributed insights into marketing and communicating enterprise initiatives with this age cohort and ran a workshop in Ireland • Mid East Regional Authority (Lead Partner) in association the local County Enterprise Boards (CEBs) piloted a 50+ SYOB programme in three countries. It was subsequently run in four counties - two of these for the first time. • The outcome was reviewed and learning captured and this was brought to Brittany to conference run by inno TSD, (French Partner)
Senior Entrepreneurs IV inno TSD built on the pilot experience to develop a training programme aimed at those setting up and acquiringnew businesses. V inno TSD piloted a Senior Business Plan competition VI Mid East Regional Authority with CEBs piloted a Senior Entrepreneur residential workshop with national reach. VII PRIME revised its client journey, developed the principles of the 50+ SYOB to fit within UK educational framework as Preparing to run your own Business.
Senior Entrepreneurs Of those who have received some form of Senior Enterprise support, over 900 have set up new businessesin 2011.
Senior Entrepreneurs • At the end of the iterative process, which will continue to the end of the project, a fully tested Senior Enterprise training initiative will be available for further implementation across NWE and beyond • Senior Enterprise Association role in sustaining the initiative into the future
