Draft Planning • 4 weeks for hardware and beam commissioning (very conservative considering the TL will have been already commissioned up to the debuncher (H- stripping test stand). • Time needed for the L2/L4 : 7 weeks • Time needed for LBE : 4 weeks (cool down not taken into account!). • Beam could be delivered to PSB 11 weeks after the Linac2 shut down. • Work in the LBE area cannot be done if ions in the PS. • If an ion run right after Linac2 shutdown, no cool down time necessary for the LBE work.
