A reminder of our goal • At the end of this process we will have refreshed: • KLMC’s mission • 4 “pillars” on which to build a plan to fulfil God’s vision • What the vision means in terms of an “end-state” for each pillar • Our priorities for each pillar • An implementation plan over time to reach the vision • A process for reviewing progress against the plan and for “refreshing” the vision periodically • Our bigger goal is to have engaged everyone in the process of developing the vision and the chosen priorities
