Review Lists and Reports List View: A way to view a collection of TFACT records from the same object. (For example: accounts, activities.) Lists are especially useful for modifying a large number of records. • Report: A comprehensive and complex way to view data from multiple objects in TFACT. Reports are especially useful: • For large amounts of data • For sharing data and for use in dashboards What is the difference between a list and a report?

Open Your Computer and Log into TFACT Stage Navigate to the Activities Object Tab Scroll down to the “RT-DA: OutreachWeeklyEmails for Response” list Click “Clone” to customize the list Change the filters to see your activities or someone who’s activities you want to see • Follow your TFACT Manual pages 30-31 for the steps to take to customize this list Before you select ‘save as’ show your facilitator your filters After facilitator has checked it, select ‘save as’

Saving Reports in TFACT • Viable Options: • My Personal Custom Reports – Can edit but you can’t share with others • RT-User Created Reports – Can edit AND share with others • RT-CCC Reports- Can edit AND share reports with CCCs

Customizing a Report- Your Turn! Navigate to the Reports Object Tab Find the “RT-Big 9: Pipeline” and right click the dropdown next to the report name and click edit Change the ownership filter to see your schools Add a filter for STEM (“STEM/BMEF Major/Minor” equal “STEM”) Add a filter for your seniors and juniors (“current category” contains “senior, junior”) Before you select ‘save as’ show your facilitator your filters After facilitator has checked it, select ‘save as’ • Follow TFACT Manual pages 40-47 for how to customize a report
