  4. Stroke Services priority for 2012-13 • Prevention; • 7 day TIA; • Rate of thrombolysis; • 90% stay on a stroke ward; • 7 day therapy services; • Early supported discharge.

Transparency • ‘Our Health’ is a South West pilot website on Dementia and Stroke; • Publication of data aims to drive service quality improvements and support patient choice; • Recently announced by Prime Minister to be rolled out across the South of England by Dec 2012 and the rest of England by April 2013; • Go to www.ourhealth.southwest.nhs.uk to view data available.
