Pick Ticket Manifesting • Once pick tickets are created and units/cartons scanned to them, the pick tickets must be put on a Manifest • The Manifest will be used to generate invoices to the customer. (Skip to Main Menu)
Glossary of Training Terms • The following terms will be used throughout this training program: • Field: A box on the screen into which you enter information • Value: The information (data) being entered in the field. Example: Division number, FGPO number • Icon: An image you may click to perform a function such as select, submit or exit • (Single-)Click: Also “Select.” Hitting the left mouse button once. This will activate an icon or select a row in a list of values • Double-click: Hitting the left mouse button twice o the same part of the screen. Used only to select and return a value from a list.
Sign On Enter your User ID and Password here Hit the Enter key to proceed Note: User ID and Password are initially assigned by MIS. You will be prompted to change it the first time you login. The password field IS case-sensitive.

RLM Main Menu Type the Company number Type the number of the “Warehouse/Packing” option and press Enter
Warehouse/Packing Menu Type 1 for “Manifesting” and press Field Exit
Manifesting Menu Type 3 for “Online selection to create packing slips or manifests” and press Enter
Select Pick Tickets Enter 2 for “Select Pick Tickets for Manifesting” Enter or Select (F21) the plant number in “Location” (Field Exit) You may enter a DC number to show only tickets for a specific Distribution Center You may enter a Wave Release number to show only tickets for that Wave
Select Pick Tickets (continued) Enter the account number here (optional). Note: If JC Penney, you must also enter a Load Number (next bubble) JC Penney: Enter the load number here. Note: This will make all other fields default to ALL Update the Expected Mainfest/Invoice date (MM/DD/YY) with the date the goods are leaving the WAREHOUSE. This cannot be earlier than the Start Ship date of the order
Error: Not all tickets on Load are Packed This error will appear if you enter a Load Number and one or more tickets on the load are not packed complete. You cannot proceed until the tickets are completed or deleted. Press Enter to continue
Additional Selection Press Enter
No Pick Tickets Displayed If no pick tickets appear, press F2 to return and check your entry values. If a Load Number exists (e.g., for JC Penney), you MUST enter the Load Number on the previous screen to have tickets display.
Select and Process Pick Tickets Select one or more pick tickets to add to the manifest by entering S in this column S S S Press the F12 key to add the selected pick tickets to a manifest
JC Penney Pick Tickets Note that JC Penney pick tickets are all selected by default. Because of the load number you may NOT remove any pick tickets from a JC Penney manifest
Pick Tickets Added to Manifest The system returns to the Pick Ticket search screen Continue with the next slides to see inquiry options when Manifesting
Carton Display Inquiry Option To see the cartons on a selected pick ticket, enter C on a line and press Enter C
Carton Display Inquiry Option 5 C Type 5 on a line and press Enter to see the Carton details (Style, size, qty) Press F3 to close the window
Carton Details Inquiry Use the Page Down key to see more lines. F2 to return to Carton Display
Pick Ticket Inquiry Option To see the pick ticket itself, type “P” and press Enter P
Pick Ticket Inquiry You may use these options at the bottom. F2 to return to the ticket list
What Happens Next • Once all the Pick Tickets to be shipped are on the Manifest, the manifest may be printed and billed • See Close Manifest.
