Other, specify • There are several dozen places in the database where “other, specify” is an available option. • The Database Committee is beginning to review what has been entered for these “specify” fields for data cleaning. • Once all fields have been reviewed, the Committee will have a quarterly review of all data entered for data cleaning and to determine if additional answer choices need to be added to questions.
